A mom of a not-so-little boy, I have been so passionate writing since I was only a kid. I knew that I was granted a writing talent ever since. Reading a lot of Enid Blyton’s books during my childhood made me believe that I was born to write. I love Blyton’s pieces and have wanted so much to be just like her when I grew up. No wonder the way I write and create scenes are so much like hers.
Growing up (until now…), I’m still fond of reading children books; not only Blyton’s anymore. I try reading from other authors. I remember reading a book titled Shiloh, a beautiful children novel written by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor, about a poor boy and an abused dog. (Sst…I’m a little too fond of dogs!) And I love the book so much that I still keep it until now in the hope that my son would like it too. It is too bad that he likes the manga more than classics like I read before.
So…I happily present and dedicate this blog to you; a blog of children stories for bedtime or leisure time. The stories come from the heart and hope they will help you, moms and kiddos, cheered-up and chilled-out… Enjoy the stories and appreciate your recommendation of this blog to friends or relatives.
Happy reading!
Warmest regards,
Echa Tan
